WPP Realtor Cindy Stewart wins TPCAR’s “Rookie of the Year” Award?

Tacoma Pierce County of Realtors has named Windermere Professional Partners Realtor Cindy Stewart as the recipient of their “Rookie of the Year” award for 2012! After a 25 year career as a Territory Manager for L’Oreal Cindy Stewart dove head first into her career in Real Estate and has fast earned her reputation as a hard working and effective agent. “Cindy’s professionalism and focus from day one has made her a phenomenal success,” says Windermere University Place Managing Broker Patience Colkitt. “She has shown the dedication and mindset to being a Realtor deserving of rookie of the year.”
“Things were challenging in the beginning,” says Cindy of her first year in Real Estate. “But it all came together with much help from my co-workers. The whole reason I decided to go into this business is wanting to help home buyers and sellers achieve their dreams and that part is so awesome!”
Cindy will be honored at the Tacoma Pierce County of Realtors Annual Awards Celebration Luncheon at Fircrest Golf and Country Club on March 26th from 11am-1pm.
The TPCAR Rookie of the year award was established in 2007 to recognize those new to the real estate industry that support the REALTOR® association, are involved in their community, and further their professionalism by earning REALTOR® designations, exhibit a commitment to education, and ethical business practices. This is the third year in a row a Windermere Professional Partners agent has won the Rookie of the Year Award, past winners are Cyrus Bonnet, (2011) Jim Hoiland (2010) and Corey Matney (2009).
