Investors are returning to the Real Estate Market to invest their money in droves. Whether it’s because of surging rental demand, historically low interest rates, or Warren Buffett advising investors to buy single family homes– interest in investing in real estate is back. On top of all this, recent economic activity has erased nearly a decade of housing appreciation- make it easier to find rentals that pencil out.

Windermere Professional Partners is offering it’s second class on Investing in the Residential Real Estate Market tomorrow, June 14th at Tacoma Community College from 6-8pm. The class is taught by broker Michael Robinson and covers information such as taxes, loans, market trends and conditions, and converting money from your 401k to invest in real estate.

The first class was a huge success, and investors left armed with more information than they expected going in. “I invited a client of mine that was interested in buying his first investment property,” says WPP Realtor Jimi Couture. “He was totally jazzed by the information provided about investing in rental properties. He especially liked having an attorney and loan officer present, and while he isn’t converting a 401k he did get a few of his investing/estate/tax/loan questions answered right there at the seminar.”
