Windermere Builder’s Choice Welcomes Dave & Michele Spencer!

Windermere Builder’s Choice is proud to welcome Dave & Michele Spencer to the office located at 2727 Hollycroft Street, Suite 110 in Gig Harbor!

Dave and Michele are a husband and wife team and South Sound natives. Having previously been in the industry the timing was off and family and career paths took them in a different direction. Finding themselves as recent empty nesters with a lot of energy, drive and passion, they decided it was time to get back into real estate!

Dave describes himself as a “jack of all trades, and master of some” and has experience in risk assessment, technical writing, derivative analysis and mortgage banking. He also spent time as a yacht delivery skipper and principal for several car dealerships.

Michele spent 14 years in public service for both Peninsula School District and Gig Harbor Fire & Medic One. She is a UW alumni, avid gardener, dog-nanny extraordinaire and she loves combing Gig Harbor for new discoveries.

Dave & Michele are excited about joining WBC. They say, “The vibe of WBC was obvious from the first moment and the connection was immediate. WBC is a powerhouse in South Puget Sound and we wanted to be part of the best.”
