What This Condo’s Owners Love About It
My client Alexis and her husband Ken bought the condo in 2010 when her husband was about to be stationed abroad. Alexis was kind enough to answer a few questions about the Pemberton home and why she loved living there.
Regina: Why did you purchase your condo in Pemberton?
Alexis: Because of the frequent deployments associated with living a military lifestyle, it was important for us to find a safe and low maintenance place to live. This is why we decided to buy in Pemberton Creek; the gate offers added security in a nice neighborhood, and the HOA takes care of all the yardwork!
Regina: What has been the best thing about living in Pemberton?
Alexis: The best thing about living In Pemberton has been the peace and quiet. The neighborhood is backed up against a green belt with a creek running through it, so even though we are within minutes of shopping it doesn't feel like we live in a city. An added bonus: the condos share a garage wall, so there is no noise from neighbors, and it feels more like living in a house.
Regina: What unique features can you tell us about your community?
Alexis: There are paved walking trails throughout the neighborhood, and a nice grassy area that is conveniently located right across the street from our house.
Regina: What will you miss most when you move?
Alexis: The thing we will miss the most about Pemberton Creek when we move will be listening to the frogs and crickets coming from the creek on warm summer nights.
