Discussing the State of Real Estate at WPP’s Annual Kickoff

Each year, Windermere Professional Partners hosts a “Kick Off” event. The idea is to get the whole company together and get ready for a great year in real estate. This year the event was held at the Hotel Murano’s Bicentennial Pavilion. The WPP Kick Off started off with a presentation by owner Jeff Jensen as he recapped 2011. Afterwards, Owner Michael Robinson did a presentation on the 2012 Economic Forecast for Real Estate in Pierce County.

After the discussion of the economic client and the future of Real Estate in Pierce County, a panel of top producing Windermere Professional Partners Realtors at various stages in their careers moderated by Jeff Jensen answered questions about what is working in today’s real estate market. Agents shared their experiences on the latest techniques for selling homes quickly as well as the most effective marketing techniques. Panelists answered questions from Realtors in the audience about time management, effective selling techniques, and more. “What a great kick-off meeting,” said WPP Realtor Erin Dobrinski. “It was full of great information, motivation and inspiration… I feel so blessed to be part of this organization.”
