31 of WPP’s Agents Receive Sales Achievement Awards!

This year 31 of the Realtors at Windermere Professional Partners were honored as Sales Achievement Award Winners by the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors. The TPCAR Sales Achievement Awards recognize the Realtors who have sold the most real estate in Pierce County for the calendar year.

“We are so proud to have so many of our agents recognized by TPCAR,” says Kevin Mullin, Owner & General Manager of WPP. “To sell that many homes in this market requires an incredible amount of hard work, dedication, and client service on the part of the agents. In order to receive an award, individual Realtors must sell properties amounting to 1.5 million dollars or more. An agent with an assistant must sell 2.5 million or more. A real estate team must sell more than 4 million dollars worth of property or more.
