BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY:

Being a proud, lifelong Puyallup/Tacoma ‘kid’, it’s a safe bet I will be a terrific advocate and resource for you when partaking in local real estate activities. I aim to deliver results that not just meet but exceed your expectations. I enjoy the natural progression from clients to friends while we work together– we’re embarking on some gigantic & life-changing adventures and it just wouldn’t feel right to sever ties simply because you’re transaction is over. You can guarantee I will be on your team long after business concludes! Buying or selling a home can be an emotional experience, so it is my promise to respect your individual needs with empathy and compassion. This experience is one you will remember for a lifetime, therefore it is my quest to create something you can feel good reminiscing about. I truly believe in providing you an exceptional experience because in the end, it is about people and relationships, not just business. This is YOUR transaction– I’m here to support, guide and educate you through your process.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

For 20+ years (what age did I even start working?! Ha!) I was a union grocery retail employee, which provides me an extensive customer service skill set working with a diverse demographic. In 2017, I was nominated for Rookie of the Year from the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors. I hold national designations to work with seniors 55+ (SRES) & as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), VA certified to advocate for Veterans, held a seat on my firm’s Broker Advisory Board and am a mentor as part of Windermere’s Mentorship program for beginning agents.

GETTING PERSONAL:

I’m a down-to-Earth gal who is always transparent about my shenanigans as a professional, a mother, and a HUMAN– I’m pretty darn relatable. I prefer donut runs over luncheons, holey jeans & messy buns over power suits & fancy purses, regularly donate my rare blood every 56 days at Cascade Regional Blood Services & resist the urge to adopt every shelter pet but support local Adopt Don’t Shop campaigns.

Looking forward to making you a new client & FRIEND!

Cheers ya’ll,

Trish
