Rich has a strong work ethic and was with the same company for 17 years prior to coming to WPP. He understands that relationship building and dependability are key. No matter your real estate goal, Rich is committed to helping you achieve it.

Rich lives in Tacoma and loves spending time with family and bringing friends together for a good time. He enjoys all sports, from basketball to golfing or fishing, but he especially loves coaching his 4yr old! Going to the beach and traveling are a couple of Rich’s other favorite things to do.

Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?
A: I have an easygoing personality, and I’ve been known to have a calming effect on those around me. I’m genuine, honest, loyal, and I’m an effective communicator. I respect the opinions of others, and I put my clients’ needs first.
