For the past 20+ years, Nathan has operated an independent residential remodel business in the Puget Sound. In 1997 he started in the Tile and Stone trade, in 2000 he became an independent contractor, and then in 2006 he became a general contractor. These experiences have given Nathan a deep understanding of the local residential real estate market, and it has also taught him essential customer service skills. As the owner and operator of his own remodel business, Nathan has also developed extensive knowledge about the sales process and how to manage expectations throughout a project.

Nathan was born and raised in Tacoma, and today he still calls Tacoma home! Nathan draws upon his extensive knowledge and appreciation for local neighborhoods and communities to better serve his clients. He also has an in-depth knowledge of recreational opportunities throughout the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia, and as an avid mountain biker and outdoor enthusiast, Nathan loves camping, hiking, and biking with his wife and two young boys. Their family regularly enjoys Metro Parks amenities, and on any given day you might find them spending time at Point Defiance Park riding on the 5-Mile Drive or playing on Owen’s Beach. They also enjoy biking at Swan Creek Park and playing together as a family at Franklin Park.


Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?
A: I have a direct, open communication style. I have a genuine interest in my clients needs and a passion for navigating them through to their goal. Relationships are very important to me, and the most satisfaction I have achieved in business is making and cultivating long term relationships with clients and vendors.
