- Bachelor’s degree in PR and advertising; minor in marketing
REALTOR® Levi Bremner promises his clients respect, integrity, honesty, and an unwavering work ethic. His business and reputation are centered around always making decisions together that are both intelligent, and ethical. Levi served in the U.S. Army for almost 5 years, training in an environment that taught him a great deal about integrity and making the right choice, even when no one is looking. For Levi, this applies to all aspects of his life, especially in his role as a real estate agent.
As your REALTOR®, Levi is responsible to coach and guide you through one of your largest financial decisions in your life. These are some of the same high stakes relationships that played out in his Army career; protecting the interests of others in all that he does.
During Levi’s service in the Army, he was assigned to the 3rd Squadron, 71st Cavalry Regiment, 10th Mountain Division, and was stationed at Fort Drum, NY. The Army helped ingrain in him a relentless work ethic and taught him that loyalty will get you far. One of his superiors noted on Levi’s Officer Evaluation Report that Levi is “One of the most loyal officers I have ever worked with in over 19 years in the Army,” and his peers and friends would concur.
Levi holds a bachelor’s degree in PR and advertising with a minor in marketing. Levi grew up around family that were immersed in real estate sales and investing and was inspired by his father and grandfather.
Levi is native to Pierce County and Puyallup. He loves spending time with family, loves the outdoors, Craftsman-era homes, playing the drums, water and snow skiing, working on older classic vehicles and serving a purpose higher than himself.
Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?
A: My most preferred method of communicating is in person or on the phone. Paper trails are necessary, but body language and tone inflection is crucial to understanding one’s needs. However, I recognize that clients communicate differently and I strive to serve them in a way that best suits their needs and accomplishes their goals.
Additionally, I love finding out what people's needs/wants/desires are and finding a way to turn those into reality. In order to do this, you must be able to actively listen, ask crucial questions, and empathize with the person to discover what those things are. I also love making people money, helping them reach their financial goals, earning their trust and their repeat, referral business. There is no greater calling!
Q: Why are you excited to join Windermere Professional Partners?
A: I love the professionalism and values that WPP has to offer. All WPP agents are held to a higher professional standard and even though we aren't on sales teams, it feels as though WPP is a team as a whole. I also like the uniformity in WPP's marketing.
