As a happy go-getter, Kyle works hard to make sure that his clients are also happy. Not only is Kyle organized and detail oriented, but he’s also devoted to the needs of his clients and he’s ready to put in the time to ensure the best outcome.
Before his real estate career, Kyle worked in the restaurant industry. He was a manager and mixologist for Lobster Shop on the Ruston waterfront, a restaurant that Kyle describes as being a magical place. Kyle was the lead mixologist here, and during this time he learned how to manage a team, the importance of positivity, and conflict resolution. Bartending taught him how to work hard with a smile on his face, and he treated the bar like a mad scientist, always trying new things, bringing in new ingredients, and creating something beautiful out of them. He loved to put on a show, and always went the extra mile to create memorable experiences.
Kyle lives in Downtown Tacoma, loves Washington state, and one of his favorite places to visit is Point Defiance Park—he visits this local park a few times a week because he loves it so much! Kyle also loves to play tennis, coach kids tennis, hike with his dog, and he enjoys photography. Kyle is passionate about his friends, family, and his own development and growth.

A: I help my clients stay at ease by communicating in a positive, happy way! I listen actively, and encourage people to reach their goals. I’m also a very patient, understanding person.
