Carolyn specializes in residential real estate in North Pierce and South King Counties.

Carolyn has been licensed in real estate for almost 12 years. She also has 15 years of experience in corporate, small business, and nonprofit management. Real estate sales are heavily regulated, so Carolyn's 7 years of experience in an elected office give her insight into state and local regulations.

In her spare time, Carolyn teaches fitness classes to older adults. She has been a Senior Fitness Instructor for over 10 years, and it’s a rewarding experience that keeps her fit and allows her to help wonderful people. Her favorite hobbies include photography, camping, and reading. Her canine companion, Henry, fills her with joy!
